About Pam
Her first venture, Creative Enterprises Inc., Pam began with a vision to fill a need within the Sporting Goods Industry. At the time, most national brands were focused in either shoe or apparel sales. Having been a line-builder/buyer for Payless ShoeSource, Pam saw the potential to create accessory programs in this niche category for National Brands.
Pam combined her experience and knowledge of overseas manufacturing and launched Creative Enterprises. She designed and manufactured sport bags, and athletic accessories for major sporting goods companies and leagues around the world.
During this time a few of her clients included Champion, Nike Europe, Champion Italy, Adidas, Head, Prince, Rollerblade, Reebok Global, the National Basketball Association (NBA), and the National Football League (NFL), Jun Kaneko, Terhra&b with offices in the US, Hong Kong, and Madrid Spain.
During Pam's career she has started and grown ventures in domestic and international manufacturing, real estate and has been a mentor to many startup entities both as an Angel Investor and Advisor.

She is proficient in orchestrating comprehensive financing solutions on a global scale, adeptly navigating diverse financial environments and executing strategic initiatives to support corporate objectives and enhance shareholder value.
In addition, she is accomplished in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring meticulous compliance with international standards and regulations, thereby minimizing risk exposure, to optimizing operational efficiency.
Business Development and Corporate Leadership
Ms. Finn embodies a dynamic fusion of expertise. With a proven track record in identifying, nurturing, and closing lucrative opportunities, she excels in market analysis, strategic planning, and relationship building to drive revenue growth. Her expert negotiation skills, coupled with a commitment to organizational objectives, foster long-term partnerships.
Following the sale of Creative Enterprises Inc. in 2016, Pam joined Burlington Capital as President of Business Development. Ms. Finn's influence transcended borders, as she fostered partnerships both domestically and internationally. Her ability to build networks and cultivate relationships extended Burlington Capital's reach, opening doors to new markets and collaborations. Her global outlook, combined with a deep understanding of local nuances, positioned the organization as a player on the international stage. Her tenure as President of Business Development spanned from 2018-2023. Pam currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the leadership team, is a Managing Member of Fund VI Multifamily Real Estate, is a Board Member of the Burlington Capital Multifamily Income Trust, and a Managing Partner of Proven Ventures.
